The CAR-Dextramer™ technology enables the detection, enumeration and characterisation of CAR-T cells by flow cytometry. These solutions provide reliable and reproducible tools for monitoring CAR-T cell persistence, expansion and phenotype in cell therapy research applications.
Through this partnership, Cambridge Bioscience aims to support scientists working in CAR-T cell monitoring, development of next-generation immunotherapies and translational cancer research by providing access to Immudex's immuno-oncology tools and expert support.
