Positive Control: T47D cells were treated with IGF-1 at 37°C for 30 min. Cells were solubilzed at 4 x 107 cells/ml in Cell Lysate Buffer. Serial dilutions of lysates were analyzed in this ELISA (see Reagent Preparation step 4).

Insulin Stimulation of HeLa Cell Lines: HeLa cells were untreated or treated with Insulin (1µM) for 5 min. Cell lysates were analyzed using this phosphoELISA and Western Blot.
