RayBio® Human/Mouse/Rat Oxytocin EIA Kit optimized for serum, plasma and cell culture media. Competition-based ELISA on a 96-well strip plate.

Positive Control: T47D cells were treated with IGF-1 at 37°C for 30 min. Cells were solubilzed at 4 x 107 cells/ml in Cell Lysate Buffer. Serial dilutions of lysates were analyzed in this ELISA (see Reagent Preparation step 4).
