Detection of mouse Phospho KAP-1 (S824) by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from TCMK-1 cells treated with etoposide (+) or mock treated (-). Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Phospho KAP-1 (S824) antibody A304-146A-M (lot A304-146A-M-2) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds. Lower panel: Western blot for total KAP-1 using affinity purified rabbit anti-KAP-1 antibody A300-145A at 0.4 µg/ml with an exposure time of 3 seconds.

Detection of mouse Phospho KAP-1 (S824) by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from TCMK-1 cells treated with etoposide (+) and/or Lambda PP (+) or mock treated (-). Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-KAP-1 antibody (A304-145A) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. For blotting immunoprecipitated Phospho KAP-1 (S824), A304-146A-M was used at 1:250. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds. Lower Panel: Rabbit anti-KAP-1 antibody A304-145A.
