The epitope recognized by A304-855A-T maps to a region between residue 175 to 225 of human WW domain-binding protein 11 using the numbering given in entry Q9Y2W2.1 (GeneID 51729). Antibody concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Detection of human WBP11/NPWBP by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-WBP11/NPWBP antibody A304-855A-T (lot A304-855A-T-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. WBP11/NPWBP was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-WBP11/NPWBP antibody A304-856A. For blotting immunoprecipitated WBP11/NPWBP, A304-855A-T was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
