Name:
Rabbit anti-CRSP2/DRIP150 Antibody, Affinity Purified
Supplier:
Availability:

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CRSP2/DRIP150 immobilized on solid support. The epitope recognized by A301-044A maps to a region between residue 1 and 50 of human cofactor required for Sp1 transcriptional activation, subunit 2 (vitamin D receptor-interacting protein complex component DRIP150 ) using the numbering given in entry NP_004220.2 (GeneID 9282).Immunoglobulin concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Detection of human CRSP2/DRIP150 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CRSP2/DRIP150 antibody A301-044A used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. CRSP2/DRIP150 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CRSP2/DRIP150 antibody BL1751, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 3 seconds (B).
