Detection of human USP4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-USP4 antibody BL2194 (Cat. No. A300-829A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. USP4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-USP4 antibody BL2196 (Cat. No. A300-830A), which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated USP4, BL2196 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
