Detection of human and mouse Pds5B by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB in A; 1 mg for IP in B, 1/4 of IP reaction loaded), HEK293T (T, 50 µg for WB) and NIH 3T3 (M, 50 µg for WB) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Pds5B antibody BL2352 (Cat. No. A300-537A) used in WB at 0.04 µg/ml (A) or 0.1 µg/ml (B) and for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate (B). Pds5B was also immunoprecipitated using rabbit anti-Pds5B antibody BL2353 (Cat. No. A300-538A) at 3 µg/mg lysate. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 10 seconds (B).

Detection of human Pds5B by immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE sections of human skin carcinoma (left) and prostate carcinoma (right). Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti- Pds5B (Cat.
