Rabbit anti-MTA2 Antibody, Affinity Purified
Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to MTA2 immobilized on solid support. The epitope recognized by A300-395A maps to a region between residues 500 and 550 of human metastasis-associated gene family, member 2 using the numbering given in Swiss-Prot entry O94776 (GeneID 9219). Immunoglobulin concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Detection of human MTA2 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: A) Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HEK293T (T) and HeLa (H) cells. B) Whole cell lysate (1 mg) from HeLa cells. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MTA2 antibody BL1808 (Cat. No. A300-395A) used at 0.1 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) for WB and at 1 µg/mg lysate (B) for IP. MTA2 was also immunoprecipitated with BL1809, which binds to a different epitope on MTA2. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 2 minutes (A) and 30 seconds (B).
