Electroporation

Electroporation is a simple and rapid gene delivery method that uses a short, high-voltage electrical pulse to create transient openings in the cell membrane in order to allow loading of desired cargo into the cell. Electroporation achieves efficient delivery of nucleic acids in most cell types with minimal optimisation.

The Ingenio® EZporator® Electroporation System and Electroporation Kits from Mirus Bio facilitate efficient and reliable delivery of nucleic acids into difficult-to-transfect cells.
