ZymoPURE II plasmid gigaprep kit

The ZymoPURE II™ plasmid gigaprep kit enables the isolation of up to 10 mg of salt-, protein- and RNA-free vaccine/transfection quality plasmid DNA from E. coli in less than 50 minutes. As an added convenience, this gigaprep kit contains coloured buffers enabling error-free visualisation and identification of complete bacterial cell lysis and neutralisation.

Plasmid DNA concentration and yield from the ZymoPURE II maxiprep kit compared to two separate kits from Supplier Q. Plasmid DNA (pGL3®) was isolated from 150 ml of JM109 E.coli culture grown overnight following the manufacturer's suggested protocol (in duplicate). 1 µl of eluted plasmid DNA was visualised post agarose gel electrophoresis. M: ZR 1 kb DNA Marker (Zymo Resarch).
