CyLyte Fluor 3, NHS ester

CyLyte Fluor 3 NHS ester dye has the same organic dye structure as that of Cy®3 NHS ester dye. However, the counter-ion used in the final formulation of AnaSpec’s CyLyte Fluor 3 NHS ester dye does vary compared to the Cy®3 NHS ester dye. The CyLyte Fluor 3 NHS ester is a reactive dye suitable for the labeling of amino-groups in biomolecules including soluble proteins, peptides, and oligonucleotides/DNA.
