A flavone; has antioxidant activity in a TRAP assay at 1 µg/ml; inhibits sucrose hydrolysis by rat intestinal α-glucosidase and ATPase activity of the SARS coronavirus helicase nsP13 (IC50s = 12 and 0.86 µM, respectively); decreases LPS-induced NO release and iNOS and TNF-α mRNA expression in RAW 264.7 macrophages at 50 µM; decreases tumor weight and volume in an HT-1080 human fibrosarcoma mouse xenograft model at 0.5 µg/g
