GradientEZ 3D cell migration system

6-lobe 3D system for cell migration and invasion assays. Pack of 12. Sterile. Suitable for generating gradients of test compounds and their testing with in situ 3D-distributed cells. Test compounds, extracellular matrices or different cell populations may be added to the center and 6 lobes. Suitable for co-cultures (e.g. central cell population with up to 6 sub-populations), chemotaxis, migration, invasion and chemoinvasion assays. Fluorescently labbeled cells or cell populations may be imaged and analyzed in real time or after migration/invasion studies using fluorescence microscopy. Can be used with Petri dishes, 6-well and 12-well plates. For single in vitro research use only.
