6-petal 3D system for cell migration and invasion assays. Pack of 12. Sterile. Suitable for generating gradients of test agents and gradient testing with 3D-distributed migratory cells. Drugs, extracellular matrices or different cell populations may be added to the center and six petals. Suitable for nerve regeneration studies; cell chemotaxis, migration, invasion and chemo-invasion assays. Fluorescently labbeled cells or cell populations may be imaged and analyzed in real time or after migration/invasion studies using fluorescence microscopy. Can be used with Petri dishes, 6-well, 12-well and 24-well plates. For single in vitro research use only.
