Product Description:

RayBio® Human/Mouse/Rat Phospho-SMAD2 (SER245/250/255) and Total SMAD2 Kit. This assay semi-quantitatively measures phosphorylated SMAD2 (Ser245/250/255) and Total SMAD2 in lysate samples.

Storage Temperature:

-20°C

Positive Control: A431 cells were treated with recombinant human EGF at 37°C for 10 min. Cells were solubilzed at 4 x 107 cells/ml in lysis buffer. Serial dilutions of lysates were analyzed in this ELISA (see Reagent Preparation step 4).
