Product Description:
A stilbene and an active metabolite of trans-resveratrol; binds to COX-1 (IC50 = 150 µM); reduces the proliferation of several intestinal cancer cell lines (IC50s = 10-16.5 µM) and induces cell cycle arrest in SW480 cells at 30 µM; increases pyruvate production in livers isolated from rats in a model of CFA-induced arthritis at 200 µM
