Product Description:

RayBio® Bovine IL-2 ELISA Kit for cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum samples.

Storage Temperature:

2 - 8°C (short-term); -20/-80°C (long-term)

Positive Control: Jurkat cells were treated with CPT. Cells were solubilzed at 4 x 107 cells/ml in Cell Lysate Buffer. Serial dilutions of lysates were analyzed in this ELISA (see Reagent Preparation step 4).

CPT Stimulation of Jurkat Cell Lines: Jurkat cells were untreated or treated with CPT. Cell lysates were analyzed using this phosphoELISA and Western Blot.
