A polyisoprenylated benzophenone with diverse biological activities; inhibits p300, PCAF, COX-1, mPGES-1, and 5-LO (IC50s = ~7, ~5, 12, 0.1, and 0.3 µM, respectively); active against C. neoformans in vitro at 0.8 µM; scavenges hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anions in cell-free assays; induces neurite outgrowth of primary embryonic rat neural progenitor cells at 5 µM; reduces ulcer area in rat models of gastric ulcers induced by water immersion stress or indomethacin at 200 mg/kg
