Product Description:
Cayman’s Human Therapeutic IgG2 ELISA Kit is an immunometric (i.e. sandwich) assay that can be used for the quantification of human IgG2 in monkey, rodent, or rabbit plasma and serum without prior sample purification. The standard curve spans the range of 3.13-200 ng/ml, with a lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) of 3.13 ng/ml. The assay has been validated in serum from cynomolgus monkey, rhesus monkey, rat, mouse, and rabbit.
