This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) with CF®488A dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Green fluorescent CF®488A dye has excitation/emission at 490/515 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against human, mouse, and rat serum.

Frozen section of rat retina stained with mouse anti-neurofilament H and CF568 goat anti-mouse (min x rat) (neuronal processes, red), rabbit anti-GFAP and CF488A goat anti-rabbit, highly cross-adsorbed (glial cells, green). Mounted in EverBrite mounting medium with DAPI (nuclei, blue).

Frozen section of rat optic nerve stained with mouse anti-neurofilament H and CF568 goat anti-mouse (min x rat) (neuronal processes, red), rabbit anti-GFAP and CF488A goat anti-rabbit, highly cross-adsorbed (glial cells, green). Nuclei are stained with RedDot2 (cyan). Mounted in Everbrite Mounting Medium.

MCF-7 cells stained with mouse anti-Golgin 97 followed by CF640R goat anti-mouse IgG (Golgi, red) and rabbit anti-COXIV followed by CF488A goat anti-rabbit IgG (mitochondria, green). Nuclei were counterstained blue with DAPI. Cells were mounted using EverBrite antifade mouting medium.
