Product Description:
An MTHFD inhibitor ((IC50s = 96 and 663 nM for MTHFD1 and MTHFD2, respectively); decreases the NADPH/NADP+ and GSH/GSSG ratios and increases ROS production in HCT116, SW620, and LoVo cells at 10 µM; cytotoxic to SW620 and LoVo cells, an effect that can be reversed by NAC; reduces tumor growth in a PDX mouse model of colorectal cancer at 10 mg/kg
