An orally bioavailable prodrug form of GS-443902; reduces the cytopathic effect of RSV-infected HEp-2 cells (EC50 = 0.26 µM); reduces viral titers in Vero E6 cells infected with various clinical isolates of SARS-CoV-2 (EC50s = 0.11-0.73 µM); inhibits viral transmission in ferrets infected with the SARS-CoV-2 VOC P.1 at 10 mg/kg
