The EZ DNA Methylation-Direct™ Kit enables the streamlined bisulphite treatment of DNA directly from blood, tissue and cells without the need for DNA purification. With no messy DNA precipitation steps, template degradation is reduced and DNA loss during treatment and clean-up is minimised, whilst complete conversion of DNA is still ensured.

High throughput requirements
For higher throughput requirements, the spin columns are also available in shallow or deep well 96 well plate format. The two catalogue numbers, D5022 and D5023, are used to differentiate between the binding plates that are included in the kit. Deep and shallow-well binding plates are available to accommodate most rotors and microplate carriers.
