Replicate Western blots were performed using the Azure Flash Western Demo Kit and a traditional Western blot protocol. Each blot shows a dilution series of the same sample. STAT-3 and pSTAT-3 demonstrate the improved data quality possible with the Azure Flash Western Demo Kit, the HSP60 antibody is an example of an antibody with similar performance.
