Lentiviral subcellular tracking constructs: Cyto-Tracers

System Biosciences provides a line of lentivector-based constructs and pre-packaged virus for labelling organelles with GFP or RFP-usion proteins. These Cyto-Tracers enable visualisation of cellular structures using real-time fluorescence microscopy in vivo. Vectors can either be transfected into the cells directly or packaged into lentiviral particles to generate stable GFP tracer cell lines.
