The DNA Clean & Concentrator™ (DCC) Kits from Zymo Research clean up DNA from enzymatic reactions including PCR, endonuclease digestions and DNA modification reactions by removing enzymes and free dNTPs and their analogues (including radiolabelled and fluorescent derivatives). Eluted DNA is suitable for PCR, arrays, ligation, sequencing and other enzymatic reactions.
Different versions are available with various binding capacities depending on your requirements, as well as 96 well format versions for high-throughput cleaning and concentrating of DNA.
