This kit selectively zooms into fungal population of mycobiome samples and provides comprehensive profiling based using the 2.5KB contiguous region of 18S ITS1 & ITS2. This kit also features barcode-based molecular counting and a multiplex workflow that pools 24 samples into a single tube with less than 3 hours of hands-on time. It’s the perfect kit for labs looking for better data from samples with fungal organisms in them.
