IF staining of U-251 MG cells using the Anti-AUTS2 monoclonal antibody, showing specific staining in the nucleoplasm and cytosol in green. Microtubule- and nuclear probes are visualized in red and blue respectively (where available).

Immunohistochemical staining of mouse embryo E14 shows moderate nuclear positivity in neuronal cells in the developing cerebellum.

Immunohistochemical staining of mouse cerebellum shows strong nuclear positivity in Purkinje cells.
