ADW-742 is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of IGF1R (IC₅₀ in the range of 0.1-0.2 µM) with potential anticancer activity. It synergistically enhances the sensitivity of SCLC (small cell lung cancer) to etoposide and carboplatin.
