Inert, hydrophilic, 3D scaffold optimized for long-term cell growth. Disc, 6 mm in diameter. Pack of 24. Sterile. Suitable for cell culture and drug testing. Accepts extracellular matrices. For single in vitro research use only. Compatible with all cell types, cell culture reagents, stains, coatings, extracellular matrices and hydrogels used in cell culture applications. For optimal imaging, use fluorescence microscopy and live/dead cell stains such as Calcein AM and Propidium Iodide. Suitable for in-well assays. For plate reader readouts transfer supernatants to another plate and read.
