Detection of human CD20 by immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of human tonsil. Antibody: Mouse monoclonal anti-CD20 antibody [L26] (A500-017A-T lot 1) used at a dilution of 1:500. Secondary: HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (A90-116P). Substrate: DAB.

Detection of human CD20 by western blot. Samples: Nuclear extract (50 µg) from Ramos cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Mouse monoclonal anti-CD20 antibody [L26] (A500-017A-T lot 1) used at 1:1000. Secondary: HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (A90-116P). Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Flow cytometric detection of CD20 in human whole blood. Human whole blood was fixed in 4% formaldehyde. Red blood cells were lysed, and the sample was treated with 50% methanol. 1 X 10^6 cells were incubated with 0.3 µl of mouse monoclonal anti-CD20 (L26) (A500-017A-T lot 1) (A) or 0.1 µg mouse IgG2a isotype control (B). Antibody binding was detected with 0.1 µg DyLight® 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (A90-116D2).
