Immunohistochemistry analysis in human placenta and lymph node tissues using AMAb91124 antibody. Corresponding LAMA5 RNA-seq data are presented for the same tissues.

Immunohistochemical staining of human kidney shows strong membranous positivity in glomeruli, as well as in basement membrane of renal tubules.

Immunohistochemical staining of human placenta shows moderate positivity in basement membrane of trophoblastic cells.

Immunohistochemical staining of human colon shows moderate positivity in basement membrane of glandular cells.
