The epitope recognized by A304-847A maps to a region between residue 1 to 50 of human DNA-directed RNA polymerases I and III subunit RPAC2 using the numbering given in entry Q9Y2S0.1 (GeneID 51082). Antibody concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Detection of human and mouse POLR1D by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-POLR1D antibody A304-847A (lot A304-847A-1) used for WB at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
