Detection of mouse Mdc1/Nfbd1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from TCMK-1 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Mdc1/Nfbd1 antibody A304-843A-T (lot A304-843A-T-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. Mdc1/Nfbd1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Mdc1/Nfbd1 antibody BL18630. For blotting immunoprecipitated Mdc1/Nfbd1, A304-843A-T was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
