Detection of human CAT2 by western blot.
Detection of human CAT2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) prepared using NETN buffer from HeLa, HEK293T, and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAT2 antibody A304-445A-T (lot A304-445A-T-1) used for WB at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
Detection of human CAT2 by western blot
Detection of human CAT2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAT2 antibody A304-445A-T (lot A304-445A-T-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CAT2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CAT2 antibody BL16629. For blotting immunoprecipitated CAT2, A304-445A-T was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
