Detection of human and mouse DCAMKL1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) prepared using NETN buffer from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, and mouse TCMK-1 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DCAMKL1 antibody A304-416A-T (lot A304-416A-T-1) used for WB at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Detection of human DCAMKL1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from 293T and cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DCAMKL1 antibody A304-416A-T (lot A304-416A-T-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. DCAMKL1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DCAMKL1 antibody BL15752. For blotting immunoprecipitated DCAMKL1, A304-416A-T was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
