Detection of human NAF1 by western blot.
Detection of human NAF1 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T (15 and 50 µg), HeLa (50µg), and Jurkat (50µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NAF1 antibody A303-911A-T (lot A303-911A-T-1) used for WB at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
Detection of human NAF1 by western blot
Detection of human NAF1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NAF1 antibody A303-911A-T (lot A303-911A-T-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. NAF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NAF1 antibody BL14075. For blotting immunoprecipitated NAF1, A303-911A-T was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
