Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to CEP78 immobilized on solid support. The epitope recognized by A301-799A-T maps to a region between residue 550 and 600 of human centrosomal protein 78kDa using the numbering given in entry CAI40237.1 (GeneID 84131).
