Detection of human ATXN10/SCA10 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ATXN10/SCA10 antibody A301-053A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. ATXN10/SCA10 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ATXN10/SCA10 antibody A301-054A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated ATXN10/SCA10, A301-054A was used at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
