Detection of human ADAMTS13 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Pooled normal human serum (300 µl/IP, 10% of IP loaded; 1.5 µl for input). Antibodies: Agarose immobilized goat anti-ADAMTS13 antibodies S300-391, S301-000, S301-001, S301-002 and S301-003 were used at the equivalent of 35 µg of antibody per IP. For blotting immunoprecipitated ADAMTS13, goat anti-ADAMTS13 antibody A300-002A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds. Note: The anti-ADAMTS13 antibodies A300-391A, A301-000A, A301-001A, A301-002A and A300-003A where conjugated to agarose to produce the agarose immobilized antibodies S300-391, S301-000, S301-001, S301-002 and S301-003, respectively.
