Detection of human SAPS3 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SAPS3 antibody A300-971A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. SAPS3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SAPS3 antibody A300-972A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated SAPS3, A300-972A was used at 0.02 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
