Detection of human DHX38 by western blot
Detection of human DHX38 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DHX38 antibody BL3385 (Cat. No. A300-858A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. DHX38 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DHX38 antibody BL3386 (Cat. No. A300-859A), which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated DHX38, BL3386 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
