Detection of human PPP4R3 Alpha by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PPP4R3 alpha antibody BL3120 (Cat. No. A300-839A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. PPP4R3 alpha was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PPP4R3 alpha antibody BL3121 (Cat. No. A300-840A), which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated PPP4R3 alpha, BL3121 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 0.5 seconds.
