Detection of human and mouse CoCoA by WB (h&m) and immunoprecipitation (h). Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (H; 50 µg), HEK293T (T; 50 µg), NIH 3T3 (N; 50 µg), Ramos (R; 50µg), and MCF-7 (M; 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CoCoA antibody BL2456 (Cat. No. A300-818A) used for WB at 0.4 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate (B). CoCoA was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CoCoA antibody BL2455 (Cat. No. A300-817A), which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 30 seconds (B).
