Detection of human CoCoA by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from MCF-7 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CoCoA antibody BL2455 (Cat. No. A300-817A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate (B). CoCoA was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CoCoA antibody BL2456 (Cat. No. A300-818A), which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CoCoA, BL2456 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
