The epitope recognized by A300-805A maps to a region between residue 300 and 350 of human Cancer Susceptibility Candidate 5 using the numbering given in entry NP_733468.2 (GeneID 57082). Detection of human CASC5 by western blot

Detection of human CASC5 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CASC5 antibody A300-805A (lot A300-805A-4) used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.

Detection of human CASC5 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CASC5 antibody A300-805A (lot A300-805A-4) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CASC5 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot A300-805A-3). For blotting immunoprecipitated CASC5, A300-805A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.
