Detection of human Sirt2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from nocodazole treated HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Sirt2 antibody A300-702A (lot A700-702A-1) used for WB at 1 µg/ml and used for immunoprecipitation at 3 µg/mg lysate. Sirt2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Sirt2 antibody BL3199. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
