Product Description:

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to MAML1 immobilized on solid support. The epitope recognized by A300-671A maps to a region between residues 1 and 50 of human Mastermind-like 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_055572.1 (GeneID 9794). Immunoglobulin concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Detection of human MAML1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and HEK293T (T; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MAML1 antibody BL1237 (Cat. No. A300-671A) used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. MAML1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MAML1 antibodies BL1238 (Cat. No. A300-672A) and BL1239 (Cat. No. A300-673A) using 3 µg/mg lysate. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds (A and B).
