Rabbit anti-DDX10 Antibody, Affinity Purified - A300-617A - 20 µg - Bethyl Laboratories, Inc. - antibodies

Antibody was affinity purified using an epitope specific to DDX10 immobilized on solid support. The epitope recognized by A300-617A maps to a region between residue 825 and the C-terminus (residue 875) of human DEAD (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp) Box Polypeptide 10 using the numbering given in entry NP_004389.2 (GeneID 1662).Immunoglobulin concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.
Applications:
WB, IP

Detection of human DDX10 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa (5, 15 and 50 µg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), HEK293T (T; 50 µg) and mouse NIH 3T3 (M; 50 µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DDX10 antibody BL3004 (Cat. No. A300-617A) used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml (A) and 1 µg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. DDX10 was also immunoprecipitated with rabbit anti-DDX10 antibody BL3003 (Cat. No. A300-616A) used at 3 µg/mg lysate. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A) and 10 seconds (B).
